More than anything, the Control Panel of Duty Free Hosting is better than any other I have used before. Everything is at your fingertips. Plus the 24 hour support with quick responces is great. It helps you relax in those moments when you feel like pulling your hair out.

Every now and then the my site just stops for about 10mins at a time. So annoying. No viewing pages via http AND no uploading / downloading via ftp. Shame really.

What do you like about Crystal Summit Web Hosting?

We run a small catering business where our web site is key to new business enquiries. After some frustrations with our previous supplier we switched to Crystal Summit for our web hosting and support services some 6 months ago and have found their responsiveness and accessibility really positive allowing us to concentrate on handling the increased business we are generating. Word cannot describe how pleased I am with SiteGround and the amazing response/attention of the technical staff. I just moved from a hosting company that took days to get things resolved. With Site Ground, my entire site was moved and configured in HOURS!!!!!! I am in shock. As are the 400 members of the community that were told the site would be down for a few days. Beating expectaions like that has made quite an impact on the members of the site and you have greatly impressed 400 potential customers. Again, thank you for everything. You have established a loyal customer.

I just want to praise all the staff at SiteGround.com for their hard work and great service. They have a quick response have always helped me which I have hardly found in other webhosting providers. I never regretted moving my site to SiteGround.com.

SUPPORT, written in capitals that is the support of SiteGround! I have to say a humble thank you, for all you did for me. Domain name transfer, nameserver changes etc etc. And always patient, and always willing to do more than I asked. Helping to sort out my files on the servers nothing was too much and always polite and always carrying. I have been around on the internet for ten years. I wish SiteGround service and support were the standard for the internet.
